Serving children, birth to three years of age, and their families who live in Jackson and Perry counties.  The T.I.K.E.S. Program provides bi-monthly home visits, parent-child activities, case management, loan of toys and parent resources, and Individual Family Service Plan (I.F.S.P.).  Program Coordinator is Michelle Dagner.
